Florida TC Services operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We are closed on major holidays. If we have planned time off, clients are notified in advance so transactions can be properly coordinated.

For Contract-to-Close Coordination, our work begins once you have a fully executed contract. For Listing Coordination, our work begins once you have an executed listing agreement.

Do you prepare offers or listing agreements?

No. We do not prepare offers, contracts, or listing agreements. The agent or broker is responsible for negotiating and preparing these documents. Once they are fully executed, we step in to coordinate the administrative side of the transaction or listing.
