Carolina Lombardi
Founder & Transaction Coordinator
Carolina Lombardi is the founder and owner of Florida TC Services.
Her real estate career began in 2016 as a licensed real estate agent in Sarasota, Florida, where she gained firsthand experience navigating every stage of a transaction and developed a strong understanding of what agents and their clients need to keep a deal moving smoothly.
In 2018, Carolina transitioned into transaction coordination, where she found her true passion within the real estate industry. Since then, she has helped successfully close more than 1,000 transactions, building extensive experience in contract management, compliance, communication, and the many details involved from contract to close.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Carolina brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to her role as a bilingual transaction coordinator serving real estate professionals throughout Florida. Her attention to detail, organization, and proactive communication help keep every transaction moving smoothly from contract to close.
